100% hand made of pure top quality long strand mulberry silk. Outer shell is 100% high quality cotton. Our comforters are filled with 100% top quality long-strand mulberry silk, and each comforter has a zippered side opening to allow inspection of the silk floss inside. The silk is wrapped in a white pure cotton cover which is beautifully made with pipe dedges. The duvet is loosely hand-tacked at intervals, which preserves the loft (rather than machine stitched in lines, which would decrease the loft and thus the amount of insulation). Loops are provided at the corners and midway along the sides to allow the duvet to be tied into its cover.
